Do fraternities have a certain number of pledges they will take? For example, how many guys will SAE take or Lambda or Sigma Chi?

Lambda Chi will take as many as they think will contribute and be an asset whether that be 5 or 50, they don’t lower their standards for “bodies”. That being said since Lambda Chi is the most prestigeous of all fraternities there bid rate is only about 10% of rushers.
