Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at California State University, Fresno - CSUF 4.8 These guys are the best hands-down, and after a little remodelling on the house and their recruitment strategies they will be on top for sure. Up and coming house with so much potential who knows how to show you a great time!!

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at California State University, Fresno - CSUF 4.5 Theta chi was pretty bad for the past few years, pretty anti social and the house was always dark. They were also pretty ghetto but they got the second biggest pledge class this past semester and theyre parties we always pretty poppin to many geeds tho. They are definitely better than phi delt and k sig but still not on top. I can see them coming up soon however
