Going through recruitment as a PNM last year and now as a member of a sorority has made me realize how fake and superficial the process is, and it really upset me. Knowing that I had to rate girls based off of timed conversations is not only frustrating but entirely unfair.
And these rankings are completely disgusting and are also based off of superficiality (shocker).
