opinion about recruitment

As someone who has been through recruitment and is now a member of Greek life, id just like to tell girls who are considering/ going through with recruitment to take everything on this web page with a grain of salt. Although you'll hear and read things about Greek life at BU, what other people think about each sorority and their "rankings" ultimately doesn't matter and it's all based on personal opinions/biases. If you really end up liking a certain sorority during recruiment but they have a "bad reputation" as a "low tier" or as one who is "snobby or cliquey", please go with your gut. This is the sisterhood you will most likely become a part of it and it's a truly wonderful experience and in order to make it a great experience you should follow your instinct instead of other people's opinions. If I had listened to people's opinions I wouldn't have ended up in the wonderful sisterhood I'm in now and I would be truly upset with that. Just remember that it's your opinion that matters the most and that not everything you read will be true.
