Very deceiving during recruitment, as someone who dropped zta, it was not what I was expecting at all. The girls see so nice during recruitment but then once you’re in the drama is ridiculous. Very cliquey and they look down greatly on the other organizations and even other sisters.

Does not support other organization’s philanthropy events, but gets mad when people do not support their philanthropy events. Openly talks bad about their own sisters. Retention rate is unbelievably low.

I feel bad for zetas, they always get a bad rep because they are 'good looking' but that doesn't make them mean girls or fake friends. I have several friends in zta and they have made lifelong friends both inside and outside their sorority. yea they might go to parties and the bars a lot but guess what? We're in college that is what we are supposed to do!!! not to mention im pretty sure i heard they got the best gpa last semester? pretty cool that they can balance social and academic lives. yo zetas, keep up the good work!!!
