These girls look like they have their act together but really only the incoming class seems to be intelligent and hardworking. The older girls place restrictions on the phi's and their sisterhood is cliquy. My best friend went phi mu this year, and the people she hangs out with now are super judge-y. It's so not her and she's changing her personality and style because of it.

These are girls are smart, pretty, and social. Theta is one of the newest sororities on campus yet it matches and exceeds many other sororities. They have been great these past few years, but if they want to stay on top they might need to step up their game a little because everyone else definitely is.

These women are phenomenal individuals, but as a group, the high intensity and competitive nature of these women can easily become vicious. I had two Thetas rooming together on my hall have to separate because of all the nasty fights. Individually, they're great, but there are definitely girls that hate each other within this sorority.
