No way kappa is top. Everyone knows pi phi is top here and believe it or not I'm actually not a pi phi, Kappas just really get on my nerves (most everyone agrees). The only people who think kappa is top is people in kappa. Other than that this is fairly accurate.

im also not a kappa but piphis really get on my nerves more than kappas...I think it just depends on who you know in each which one you like more. It's no argument that they are the top two. Kind of just depends on your opinion which one is top.
