They're not.... They just start all these rankings and so they put themselves top tier.
15,000 kids at Baylor and no one thinks Phi Delt is top tier

They just got back on and only have about 30 members.
SigEp and Pi Kapp both have more like 60 members.
Also, Beta does not throw parties.,.,,,, so for those reasons I would say Beta is not very close to SigEp or Pi Kapp.
