Looks like some butthurt SigEp made this. Phi Delt proved to be top tier multiple times unlike those lightweights

Baylor is a pretty strange place.

But for whatever reason tons of guys and most of the sororities love KOT.

There is not much of a difference between Phi Delt, SigEp, or Delt.

Also, this seems more like a SAE/Phi Delt fight...... I mean SAE did rank themselves top tier.

You're delusional if you think Phi Delt is roughly the same as SigEp. SigEp has always been lower tier, while Phi Delt has been upper. Better parties, more history, and more recognition.

SigEp was founded in 1976 at Baylor and was a local for decades before that. They were one of the largest fraternities on campus until 2005 when the chapter got shut down for drinking and hazing.

Acting like they don't have any history at Baylor is just stupid.

sigep is bottom tier, worse than pikapp. Phi Delt is is upper middle. It is just fact.

Phi Delt has never been top tier.

They were sort of good in the 1980s but have sucked since then.

Nice try phi delt but no you are on the same tier as Sigep and lucky to be even there.
