Horrible list. ATO is not top tier. There is only one middle too.

No one pay attention to this and move on.

ATO is not top tier....it just isn't

I would also put SigEp above Pi Kapp and put Delt in there around them.

But over all it seems like a pretty good list.

Ok list.......I would move ATO down and then combine the upper and lower tier groups into one massive Middle Tier. I would also throw Delt in that middle tier.

Other than that it seems good.

Fiji just got back on.

I would put Pi Kapp and SigEp above them until they prove they are better than worst of the middle tier.
