phi delt or sig ep

Can anyone give me more info on Phi Delt? A couple of kappas told me that they're the best but didn't say why. What about SigEp?

Truth is Sigep is plain awful. I wouldn't recommend anyone rush them. Atleast Phidelt is getting better.

You're an idiot if you think Sigep is better than Phidelt. Noone thinks that so drop it already. Compare them side by side and theres no comparison-Phidelt wins. Better parties, better guys, better girls, more money.
