theta is definitely not number one. there are so many girls who are in theta because they were cut from everything else.

But regardless of what girls go in wanting, the overall quality of girls ends up being about tied with Pi phi. Theta gets all the girls cut by other top chapters for superficial reasons and then gets all the girls that chose theta over kappa or Pi phi anyway. They also get all the top girls who didn't rush anything during first semester

Thetas are nice but a different mix of girls. Not top tier. This isn't UT. Pi Phi, Chi O, Kappa, then Theta.
