piphi is generally universally liked at baylor, and that's why they're the top this year.
then there's theta, kappa, zeta, and chio. you really can't rank these accurately because they're all good, just different. I'd do theta/zeta kappa/chio, but it's kind of opinion.
then there's tridelt, adpi, and axo. i'd rank them like that, but these kind of mesh together as well.
this is based on last year's pledge class, campus involvement, recruitment, awards, etc. not just "tradition"
