Low key sorority with an average reputation. Sweet girls but nothing spectacular. My best friend is one and she seems to like it but sometimes gets frustrated with their exec board.

They get a bad wrap, but they are noticeably putting in the work to improve their chapter and its overall reputation. They're hardworking, friendly girls, and they LOVE to go out from what I've seen.

I am a high school senior who was on a campus tour on Jersey Thursday, so I saw every girl from every chapter. A Phi stood out to me as the most beautiful AND friendly girls at Baylor! I would love to be an A Phi at Baylor!

This sorority is trying hard to become more relevant. Varied mix of girls so it's difficult for them to unite. They seem to have a good time and take pride in their chapter though.
