They are kinda weird but they do throw good parties just act super weird and creepy at all of them

They def have one of the strongest alumni networks at Baylor but thats about it for them they have a super bad reputation on campus and are really struggling to recruit members I wonder how much longer they will be here

I honestly did not know there was even a sig ep chapter at Baylor until I saw some of there guys fighting amongst themselves at their tailgate

They are a smaller frat but have taken huge steps from when I was freshman 2 years ago I would highly recommend these guys and can see them being a top frat in a few years if they can get bigger pcs

Not very relevant on campus and not really doing much to try and change that fact they have a couple of good moments but really just don’t want to grow as a frat

They are definitely a frat on the rise they have been getting solid pcs but they just can’t throw or hold any good social events for some reason
