"having the biggest pledge class" isn't always a good thing. It's quality over quantity. Tri Delt shouldn't be taking a much bigger pledge class than everyone else if they are at total. Sounds like they might be working towards getting total. Sometimes "having the biggest pledge class" means "we've taken everyone else's leftovers".
