is a great example of how a house saw what they were doing wrong and then fixed it. It has really paid off in the last couple of years. I love the Theta girls and would have enjoyed being in their chapter.

There's a rift between the ones that party and the churchy girls. Can't really tell on the outside but it can be bad from within. Definitely not as bad tier-wise as ADPi but at the same time not even top 5. Seem to be accepting less attractive people as the years go by...

Talked to a girl this past summer before we ever got to campus and she talked about marriage with me without ever seeing me before. Needless to say she accepted a bid from tri delt. A middle tier sorority with the ego of a top tier. Stop beating bibles, ring by springing, and looking down on everyone else and you'll have potential.

This is a joke. Theta has do much ranking of themselves and other groups on here it's ridiculous. Yes, theta has taken more well rounded girl recently, but they still have a long ways to go from being on top.
