They are really good at recruiting girls that fit with their image (think high school cheerleader cliche), but they give the cold shoulder to anyone else. During rush, it is almost unbearably uncomfortable to be in their room or at their sub dinners because they aren't very friendly or outgoing to anyone other than their usual girls. I understand that they're focusing on building their chapter in the direction they want to go, but it never hurts to be courteous and friendly to everyone. If you want to be the top sorority, you should be wanted by ALL rushees, not just the wealthy ones from highland park.
