Ive hung out with more of these girls this semester and I think theyve made it to the top tier and many of my brothers would agree. I have yet to meet a theta who wasnt hot and/or pretty smart. some party some don't. good mix of girls in theta.

I have met a few Greeks and the Alpha Chi girls seem very nice. Although some of them party, they seem responsible and of course every group has some people that party I'm sure. A lot of them seem to be very down to earth. One of the girls is in my class and she is always so friendly to people around her. They are not clones. I hate seeing girls all look the same like some groups. These people are different. This group seems to be diverse and willing to talk to anyone. Sing was cool too-

The Pi Phis are so cute! They're really nice girls and have a good reputation. I haven't met one Pi Phi that has been rude or anything like that. And so what if they party? Everyone parties in college. Overall, these girls are awesome! Top tier for sure!

Used to be a good chapter in the late 1970s and early 1980s..... then they sucked for about 20 years until around 2008 when they started to get better. Once Delt, Sigma Chi, and SigEp got in trouble around '07 Phi Delt started taking better guy that normally would have joined those frats. They are still average size....have ok parties....and do nothing on campus. Over all they are an average party frat like Delt or SigEp. They are no where near as good as SAE, KOT, or the other top tier.

Most of these are self ranked. These girls maybe be semi-nice but they have nothing else going for them
