Tier 1: Sig Chi, SAE, and BETA - I think those three are clearly the best, put them in whatever order you wish
Tier 2: Aepi, ATO
Tier 3: ZBT, Kappa Sig, KA
Tier 4: All the really weird houses

Most likely to get kicked off campus this year: tie: AEPi, KA (Honorable mention: Beta)

Honestly Sigma Nu was the only one that deserved top tier status. none of these fraternities have deservedly replaced them.

KappaSig/ATO/ZBT
ATO has gotten worse, the other two have gotten better. Makes them all about equal to me.
