Of course the house is great bonus to their parties they throw. Attract a certain group of females but they are not a game changer. will probably fall when they lose their house who knows

Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at Emory University - EU 3.4 Pretty chill guys, their pledge classes have been improving year to year which leads to the older guys being a little weird while their younger classes are, at least I think, cooler guys. May have been aepi rejects in the past but not the case anymore. Overall an improving group but who knows what will happen when they lose their house to chi phi.

Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at Emory University - EU 2.6 ZBT is kind of just there. They throw alot of parties because they can with that house. Without the Chi Phi mansion they would be nothing. Will probably lose it in the next 3 years, so the chances of being top tier arent really that great... AEPi rejects mostly

Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at Emory University - EU 4.6 Wow, ZBT got a great pledge class this semester. The guys I know are hot but also down to earth. I'm happy to see them be a rising fraternity, I'm sick of the same old frat guys. With their new additions, I would say they have broken into the top tier.
