Usually hear something by now? Or maybe not since synchronized a small number signed up for formal.

More like not enough girls went through recruitment. Each chapter only got around 28 to 32 girls

a few of chapters that exceed quota are doing COB, I know Sigma Kappa had 33 seniors graduate this past spring, and exceed quota this year, but are still doing COB
