Not a good chapter. They have a terrible sisterhood and I Know a handful of girls who want to drop and I know some girls who have. They don't get anyone during open recruitment and rarely any st structured.

NEW ON GREEKRANK

I think these girls have one of the best sisterhoods in campus. They seem to all be friends and are able to hangout with all of their sisters. I don't know what their philanthropy is but I don't see ads for events if they do hold them, but I feel like I have said this statement for other sororities too. They all put in effort to their sorority, for the 3 years I have been here, I havent seen them improve or decline. Is that good? It is good but also keep in mind theirs room for improvement

The dynamics of this chapter has changed drastically since last year. Not only are they the first with an inclusion chair, they are really stepping up their game in all aspects. They did amazing at recruitment this year, bringing in a group of gorgeous girls who were carefully selected and are good representatives of the chapter. They are the type of girls you can be yourself around. SDT is a group of classy, down to earth, and fun girls.

These girls are really cool and diverse. They are the first chapter to have an inclusion chair in EMU's history, which is pretty great because they want all types of women to feel welcome.

To clarify a woman in their chapter requested this chair be put in place due to microagressions in the chapter. They refused to listen to her voice, and as a result herself and others left the chapter. Yes you have a chair, but what are you doing with it besides reading "fun facts at meeting"? Every chapter, not just this one, should learn and use resources to educate their communitie(s), facilitate important conversations, and become and advocate. Unfortunately at this point in time the major of EMU CPC chapters are diverse, but do not practice inclusivity (ex. recruitment). This is not to say shame on SDT but to acknowledge that this chair and its use should be the expectation, not a gold star or pat on the back. Time for this Greek life to up their standards and practice what they preach

never seen a sorority where so many girls drop. I'm actually super sad to see this because i have seen girls go through recruitment excited getting their bid from them, and then two months later see a broken spirit and excitement to leave greek life.
