lots of undergrounds, sketchy guys, dirty house. good ragers usually. some guys are very chill others are creepy and get too close for comfort. cameras in every room so careful where you go and what you do. cool alumni and def know how to party.

They're really doing a lot more cool thing then in past years. I think it'd be cool to see them do more community events, but overall I would say they stand out as the best. My sisters and I usually go here most weekends and always have a good time. Open parties just get to packed sometimes

They did a lot more community service this year which is really cool to see because they are mostly known for just their parties. But their parties are lotts of fun and me and my friends always have a great time there!! They are extremely kept to themselves, but I guess thats just because they probably have a strong brotherhood. :/

They get a lot of hate for whatever reason. but they're the only fraternity that actually has parties. the basement can get pretty packed but they always have good music.

These fellas get a lot of hate from other Frats and people but the hate I believe is out of jealousy. The guys are great people if you arent close minded and talk to them. Quite the party animals as well. 1 of 2 nationally recognized houses and oldest as well as largest Fraternity on campus with the most diversified brothers compared to any other frat. Also James Franklin is one of their alumni!
