Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority at East Carolina University - ECU 2.7 THE TRUTH: Alpha O will always seem to get a bad reputation. I’ve always felt like from the sisters I know, they all really love and support one another beause they truly judge on character and not looks. Rush was very awkward with them and they don’t seem like a cohesive group. A lot of their girls are super below average but I know so many to be beautiful in and out. Their philanthropy events are always awesome, but lack any kind of good social. Sisters need to clean themselves up a bit. Most opinions on AOII are all different depending on how you preceive these ladies.
