I too was wondering what happened to them. I wanted to rush them but i never hear of any parties, so i can't go there and meet any of the brothers there.

By FAR the best fraternity on campus!!! Somehow manage to be fun, attractive, nice, and polite. Never met a rude brother here. They have the most fun parties and are welcoming to everyone. Plus they're about to get the biggest house on campus. I love Theta Chi. If you're a incoming freshman, coming from a girls perspective-rush theta chi!

They are the real life animal house no doubt about that. Theta chi is the place you go so when you graduate you have those insane college party story's to tell the rest of your life. If you like to have a wild good time these are your guys.

Honestly the only frat I enjoy going to. These guys may not be the most attractive bunch but they sure are the nicest guys I've been around. Their parties are also really wild and if you haven't been to one GO.

These guys are always having a good time and have been improving with every pledge class. They are genuine guys who don't give off that classic stuck up fraternity guy vibe. Also i heard they're building a huge new house by Zta and phi tau

Good looking group of guys who throw hands down the craziest parties/tailgates on campus. Every time I've ever gone to theta its been a blast and all the guys are really sweet. Dont know how anyone can dislike these guys.

honestly their tailgates are always super fun thats the only time i'd ever venture over to theta when they have parties they're fun but other than that they're pretty boring nice guys though. all pretty chill
