Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at East Carolina University - ECU 4.4 They can get shut down by nationals and still tally higher than the self rankers of (if you can't go greek go...) TKE. The best houses have all seemed to disappear from ECU. Being too fratty doesn't jive with the 'start your own fraternity' garbage and gel heads roaming the university.
