Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at East Carolina University - ECU 4.0 PIKA is one of the top tier frats on campus not very fraty, but the guys are fun and there good at sports. The only fault I can find is that they don't have a house right now, but I hear that will change soon.
