Phi Kappa Tau - ΦΚΤ Fraternity at East Carolina University - ECU 4.0 Greek life is an ever changing organism, where there are years that some frats lead and then other years when they get passed up by another upcoming frat. This is only natural and to be expected because there is a new face of a fraternity about every 4 years. The sucess and quality of a fraternity can be determined by the duration a chapter has been in place, The main headquarters of such fraternity and the brotherhood that makes it up. Phi Tau, Sig Epp, KA, and Kappa Sig are the top tiers.
