Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at East Carolina University - ECU 4.6 They are far from the best fraternity on campus, but are definitely the most improved fraternity on campus. They will be top tier in the next year or two. If they had a better house they would already be top, but it scares some sorority girls away. And they still have some lingering creeps from older pledge classes.
