This is stupid. AEPi and DTD both belong in SigEp's tier. They have practically identical social calendars.

Meanwhile, ATO's social calendar looks nothing like SigEp's -- ATO mixes much better. Move ATO up a tier.

Pathetic. This was clearly done by SigChi, not a chance that they are better than DTD. SigChi has less than one mixer, we have close to 4 or 5.
