when gphi first came, it was a lot of girls who either didnt rush or had a bad rush experience. now, after their first formal recruitment, they had a lot of improvement. most of the girls in it either got dumped there from bad luck or were drawn to the upper classman. theyre moving up though. itll be interesting to see if the new PC changes the game
