Honestly, this frat used to be not as popular but with the last two PCs they really rebuilt their reputation. Great brotherhood, fun parties and a lot of hot guys. They are also very friendly and I feel very safe in their house. On the way to being the top frat in a year max.

Bunch of creepy guys. Definitely overrated here. I've never seen such insecure and try-hard guys before. You never feel safe in their house.
