Sigep - easily the best. Huge haus in middle of college town. rich

SAE - easily #2 no explanation needed.

KA/Pike/KS - SAE and Pike are the cupcake frats. KS is still building but at least have pledgeship and good parties.

Fiji/AlphaDelt/DX - all 3 are good just less name recognition and the guys start to be hit or miss here.

OX - even with their trouble they are still top 10ish but they have a really bad rep with girls in this region of the country too. Once they are out of trouble they will recover.

SX/PDT - these used to be really good here, will probably be again soon.

Not going to rank anyone else. This is the top 10 or 11 here that are most relevant.
