Phi Delt owns a mansion in Heritage. Another fraternity is leasing it till 2027. Phi Delt will be right back on top.

Okkk AD above Fiji makes sense but come on d chi had just one semester on probation and should be back they definitely above AD

Also KA and k sig should be top way before SAE and sigep I haven’t heard of SAE and sigep packing out a party in so long one’s a geed frat and other one a SA frat take a guess

SigEp and OX way down, sigEp to the tier below and OX maybe even a tier lower than that. Also KA is #2 and SAE is barely #4.
