Question about COB

I have a question please about COB. I don’t know what snap bids are but I assume that means a sorority can bid any one who completed sorority recruitment and did not get a bid? Can a sorority offer me a bid now even if I didn’t go through formal recruitment? Thanks.

Yes. Even if you didn’t participate in recruitment you can do cob. You have to reach out to the sorority yourself. Then they can decide if they want to offer you a bid.
