middle tier is the new top

rush here is literally so competitive that the best of the best r only selected for every house. this means that what previously divided the “top tier” houses from the “middle” houses was mostly looks and social media. now everyone who is getting a bid has 10/10 social media and looks. just look at the past 3 PCs from any sorority on campus. they look identical. this is more true for the middle houses (aphi, chi o, phi mu, dz, pi phi, kkg, axo) than the houses usually considered lower in the totem poll. even within the middle tier this is still applicable to all of them but even more so for the “upper-middle”
essentially the main difference is the sisterhood and involvement. “top” houses pref based on how well pnms perform their personalities while “middle and bottom” houses pref based on true personality and how genuine a pnm is and how well they get along with their sisters, along w leadership and gpa.
it’s time for some of the the “top tiers” to come to term with this and realize they r not superior anymore. everyone is pretty, everyone is hot, everyone has a good insta. ur girls r basic.

Its true tho... if ur in a srat (maybe its just the top houses tho) but you know that we cut girls based on instagram before they even walk into the house. Its a little shallow but we can't have girls with janky socials repping our house.
