After reading this site I don’t think want to join gl
by: Just doneI came to FSU and was really excited to join greek life. I have a few friends and family who are in gl, who convinced me to look into joining. But everything that I have seen on this website has made me rethink joining a srat. It just seems like it’s all the toxic people from Miami and Tampa acting like high schoolers. I thought this kind of drama was done when I graduated, but I guess not. It all just seems to be gossip and judgement about if you are good enough to get a bid in a high tier srat. I don’t want to put time, money, and effort to join just to drop a semester later.

Wait a year. Going through recruitment as a freshman still in high school mentality and waiting a year, seeing the Greek vibe on campus and being more mature will give you a totally different perspective. And you will see the truth in greek rank. It’s truly a self-ranking site and nothin on here means anything.

no legit everything on this website is self rank. nobody on campus actually eats this up. don't join one of the sororities that are like "we r top!!!" bc they really are high school vibes. i would recommend that you still go through rush and see for yourself, but the majority of srats dgaf
