The person posing as “Panhellenic” is lying. Each house has a completely different way of rushing. In fact the whole op is false. Ironically, some of the mid houses have the highest “return rates” because they are incredibly likable and are a welcomed safety net if someone is trying to go for a top tier. The OP and “Pan” person (probably a geed) has no idea wth happens during Rush.

100% false. Definitely made-up. Most of my rush group immediately dropped one of those listed as a “super strong return” when they saw the actual cost of joining. It looks like that same house is always on here boosting their Rush- which was not successful last year.
