I'm just askin'.
What if a PM was offered an illegal bid, and then she didn't get the bid she as promised at the end. If she went to Panhellenic and complained ("so-and-so gave me a bid, so I put all my eggs in that basket only to be cut out at the end."). What would Pan-Hel do?

No one can be guaranteed a bid. All sisters vote on each girl. I think it would be pretty difficult to prove that a member guaranteed a bid unless you have a text or email in writing stating that. Verbal promise would be very hard to prove
