There are so few fraternities now that the divisions are easily obvious. Pike, theta Chi and Sig Ep are the top tier. The top and the bottom are easy to see. But it can change. Within the top tier right now Theta Chi is stronger than Sig Ep. By any objective measure Pike is better than anyone else but that can always change. Nobody stays on top forever. Each of the top fraternities has a weakness of their own that can be exploited.
