Don’t let Sig Ep fool you

Freshman don’t let sig ep fool you. It’s easy to be convinced that they’re “top tier” because all you have to judge houses by is the house itself right now. But once events are allowed you will heavily regret it. A year ago sig ep was considered a lower middle tier frat and is using their sorority house and Greek rank propaganda to seem cool. The reality is they were all kids who got rejected from top tier frats so they’re very salty. Don’t fall into the trap
