What happened to Alpha Phi?
by: Alpha PhiA lot of my friends got messages from Alpha Phi during COB and then they stopped responding. Did they meet their quota already? It seems odd to reach out and then ignore them.

As an alum of Alpha Phi at another school and a previous member of the COB team, they probably did meet quota. Typically when this happened in my chapter we wouldn't just ghost PNMs, we'd just thank them for their time and encourage them to participate in formal recruitment later on. Sounds like they met quota but didn't handle their communication very well.

I'm curious. What do you think about sororities imposing quotas on the chapters? I know quotas guarantee that every sorority get a pledge class, but the ones on the bottom never seem to be able to move up because of the restrictions. Your Alpha Phis here seem to be an exception. They came back and started over, and have risen in the ranks very strongly.
