New Sorority???

I am hearing a lot of PNMs dropped because they were not happy with their choices. Should we bring on a new sorority?

Why should it take "years, years" to bring on a new sorority? Seriously, what is the answer?
We used to have more sororities than we do now. Sigma Kappa still owns the Kappa Sig house. Tri-Sigma and Alpha Xi Delta also had thriving chapters here with good alumni. I don't understand Panhellenic thinking that tells women you have to join a bottom sorority or not join a sorority at all.
