FYI Freshmen: Sig Ep is not Top Tier
by: YoBased off of what your read here sig ep will try to convince you that they’re top tier. Everyone actually on campus knows they’re not. They have a dry house and throw parties in pots geed garden. Girls call them simps. They are beta with a nicer house. Don’t be fooled. The drop off after pike and theta chi is huge. Sig ep is closer to sae and KA than they are to the top tier

But they are top...why do you think Phi Delt is the top house at UF when they’re dry? It’s because they still throw good events and it’s the brothers who are fun af. It doesn’t matter where you throw the parties when it’s still high quality and around fun people

^^^^ Frats know the limits ever since the Pi Kappa Phi death a few years ago. That still doesn’t mean they should turn into sororities. Call it risk management if you want, that still doesn’t make Sig Ep cool, ya’ll still soft goobers lmao. Dont even try to defend urself

They have always been one of the better houses. President Thrasher was a Sig Ep here and it’s why they can do whatever they want and not be in trouble
