it's not going to be "finished soon" its barely event started. also its the building of a mansion its going to be delayed. That being said it does look very nice and am excited to see it finished to strengthen greek life, and ill bet will trigger other houses to being redone as well just like with the sororities. But its not being finished this year without some cutting corners

Pike's house can't be beat. Sig house will be #2, then ATO...Theta house is at the bottom as far as houses. Should be torn down. They should move into Delt house since they ain't coming back.

I believe Delt will beat the rap. There's no felony and their national will back them with a housecleaning, like SAE did.

The house means less at FSU than a lot of other schools. The Delt house wasn’t very good except for the location, and they were neck and neck with Pike. ATO and Thera Chi and pike are the top three now and house doesn’t seem to make a difference in their ranking. It’s not the house, it’s the guys.

I’d be dumb to think their new house wouldn’t add more value to them. Sure It is the brothers, not the house. But the house is what PNMs see so it’s definitely a good selling point

No products of any kind: alcohol, tobacco, vapes, beer, cigars, dope of any kind. Probably coffee too but maybe that's just a joke. SPE has decided to create a sorority house and they have someone living there to enforce their rules. Its their business not mine.

So they just have a clean and not disgusting house ? You can party literally anywhere else, it’s not that deep. Maybe their floors won’t be sticky from alc like Pike and ATO’s are

That’s literally the point of a fraternity house like sure they get grimey. But you gotta embrace the grime our house is the only place we can party and rage in private without getting outted by everyone who was wishing they could have as good of a time as we are. The house is supposed to be a safe haven to party at your own desire and not have to conform to all the lame geeds trying to emulate us

I'm not one, but there's nothing wrong with Theta Chi. They've been really good for a long time. With Delt gone, now the big three are TX, ATO and Pike.
