SX alumni association own land in College Town. Also talking about building between Pike and Lambda Chi (Signa pi).
IFC needs to stand up for fraternities.

It is total BS to say that a fraternity starting over will take years to get back. That is wrong. ATO was kicked off for 5 years and almost immediately came back to strength, and that was without a decent house for years. Pike was kicked off for 10 years and was the largest fraternity again within one year. Sig Ep came back strong but still aren’t what they were. Even more true of SAE but they’re coming. Lxa was probably the best when they got kicked. They’ve got a great house and they’ll go right back to the top.

Op here. No they won’t lmao. FSU greeK life is way too rigid now in terms of fraternity rankings. The only thing that changes ranking anymore is when a fraternity gets kicked off.

At least the fraternities have a CHANCE to change their rankings. Unlike sororities, fraternities can rush all year, can upgrade their quality by rushing guys who wouldn’t go through Durban rush, and are not restricted from pledging as many as they want.
Kappa Sig is a good example. They have a great house and location, no bad reputation, decent guys but they are the perfect definition of mediocre. They don’t try to be better, to rise above.
