serious question

I should know better than to ask fir serious answers here, but here it is. There’s a lot of posts about fraternity tiers. Who’s on top and who’s on the bottom. But I’ve met guys in the very lowest rated house that were just as nice as guys in the top rated house.
So the question is this: Are the rankings based on who has the greater or lesser % of goobers? Everybody seems to have some good guys, so is the difference the actual number of goobers in the chapter?

Number of goobs in a fraternity is definitely big, but the quality of girls the fraternity brings around, involvement, fun events and the fraternity house itself, all play a decent role in the tiers

With that being said, having a good house isn’t going to move a fraternity up any if they completely suck, especially if a fraternity only has 10 brothers renting rooms but claims the house as their own (delta chi)
