old rankings show
by: Just sayinSomeone bumped a lot of old 2014 posts. Looks the rankings then. Trying to say chapters don’t move? Rankings have changed just in the last 5 years. Never knew SAE was ever #1 on campus and how good DG was. Just saying. “Rankings don’t change” is not true

It just goes to show you how detrimental getting kicked off actually is to a chapter - you have to start from square one, and you may never get back to the top tier. SAE has been on campus for 10+ years since getting off suspension and they still have a looooooong way to go.

Here’s what I have heard from various alumni. Pike, Phi Delt, ATO, SAE, Sigma Chi, Lambda and Sig Ep were all considered top tier at the time they got kicked off. Pike and Phi Delt in 1988. ATO, SAE and Sig Ep sometime in the early 2000s. Shooting death in Lambda house when? Maybe 2009?
Now Delt may be getting booted and they were top tier. Phi Tau too. Just about everyone but KA has been kicked off at one time or another.

That's what my parents said to a point. My dad who was here in the 80s said the big ones were Sigma Chi, SAE, Pike, Lambda Chi and KA. Pike got kicked off when he was here in 1987 I think.
