which fraternity?

Which fraternity had the best shot at unseating Pike as the top fraternity? I believe it has already happened. Nothing lasts forever and i believe Pike is ready to go down. Who will be the new king? ATO, SAE, Theta Chi, KA?

Nobody is going to replace or de-throne pike. Delt were the only ones close enough to but they’re gone. It’s going to stay:

If not ATO, knocking off Pike will depend on the return of the legends that used to make the frat system so great here. I mean LXA, Phi Delt and Sigma Chi.

Dude get over it, no house that comes back after long suspensions go on top of the rankings. By the time they come back, if they do, all the former brothers will be long gone and they're gonna have to rebuild from nothing.

Those fraternities are not coming back anytime soon. I still think Delt will make it through the judicial process. They were the biggest threat to Pike.

ATO rising theta and sig lagging behind

Tbh ATO is not rising anymore than Theta chi and sig ep are. All 3 have adjusted well to the changes in Greek. ATO is doing well recruiting, theta still throws good tailgates, Sig ep is done building their new mansion in a few months

that bozo doesn’t go to uf, top house at uf is historically ATO. they can do no wrong, unlike phi delt that lost there off campus house and cant throw parties at the phi delt house bc its dry. they are still a top tier fraternity but going into spring and fall, ATO is consistently top 3 at uf. sigma chi and phi delt closely behind and then sae theta chi with the last spot in the “top” tier really up for grabs right now between houses like pike (lot of santa fes rn) pi kapp (coming off propation) ka ( also lots of fes) and delt (get a lot of hate but are at least upper mid house)
